Overview
Opal is a software mainly for revenue collection backed by the above principles and aids in the rapid and transparent collection of revenue.
It consists of a web portal for the administrators or supervisors, a mobile app or POS device for the field agents, and a USSD app for clients. Also, whatever is done on the field automatically updates/ synchronizes with the records in the main office.
