Accra, Ghana – June 07, 2024 – NALO Solutions Limited, the leading Bulk SMS & Email services firm based in Accra through its CSR arm; NaloCares, has made a significant contribution to education in the Shai-Osudoku district by setting up an ICT lab for the Luom Presbyterian Basic School.
This initiative is part of NALO Solutions’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities for the year, aimed at enhancing quality education in remote areas.
The official handover ceremony took place on 7th June 2024 and was marked by a heartwarming interaction between the NALO team and the school pupils. The newly established ICT lab is currently equipped with ten (10) computers, a projector, a mini library, and a Turbonet router with internet connectivity and stationaries for the learners of Luom Presbyterian Basic.
In alignment with the UN SDG4, which focuses on ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education, this initiative is expected to significantly enhance school attendance and participation among the students and the broader community. Access to modern educational resources is a critical step in bridging the digital divide and providing students with the skills needed for the future.
Speaking at the event, Ing. Francis Benjamin Ocran, CEO at NALO Solutions Limited, emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting educational development in under-resourced areas.

The headmaster Mr. Emanuel Teye expressed his excitement and gratitude for the new facilities, which he emphasized will undoubtedly enrich the learning experience of their students.
